AI-Footy — Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the AI-Footy application and services ("AI-Footy", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or making any purchase you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What you are buying

AI-Footy is a software service for football video and data analysis and coaching support. Outputs (agent probabilities, xG/xT, projections, talent indices, reports) are analytical estimates, illustrative until fitted on your own data, and are not guarantees of any result. AI-Footy is not professional, medical, legal, financial or recruitment advice.

2. Charges — all fees

All prices are in GBP (£). Applicable VAT / sales tax is added at checkout where required and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; by paying you also accept Stripe's terms.

2.1 Subscriptions (recurring)

Subscriptions renew automatically each period and are charged in advance to your payment method until cancelled. You authorise these recurring charges.

2.2 One-time & metered purchases

2.3 Usage limits

Daily report/PDF generation is limited by plan (Coach 3, Pro 20, Club 100, Elite unlimited per day). The count resets every 24 hours. Over the limit you may wait for the reset, buy report credits, or upgrade.
Storage is limited by plan (Free 50 MB, Coach 1 GB, Pro 5 GB, Club 25 GB, Elite 100 GB), measured by bytes stored. When full you must delete projects or buy the storage add-on to save more.

We may change prices, plans, allowances or limits. For subscriptions, changes take effect at your next renewal and we will give reasonable notice.

3. Renewal, cancellation & refunds

Cancel any time from Account → Manage subscription (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
No partial refunds for unused time in a period once started, except where required by law.
Consumer cooling-off (UK/EU): for one-time digital items you have a 14-day right to cancel, which you lose once download/use begins with your consent — which you give by purchasing and accessing the item. Consumed report credits and used storage are non-refundable.
Failed payments may suspend paid access until resolved; you remain responsible for amounts due.

4. Accounts & your data

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for activity under your account.
Footage & consent: you confirm you have the right to upload any video/data and the necessary consents from individuals shown. You must comply with child-safeguarding and data-protection law for any footage of minors. AI-Footy processes your content to provide the service per our Privacy Policy.
We store your projects/reports as part of your account storage; you can delete them at any time.

5. Acceptable use

Do not resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse-engineer, or share access to paid features; do not upload unlawful content or use AI-Footy to infringe others' rights. White-label/API use is only permitted on the Elite plan under its terms.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-Footy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on analytical estimates. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email and apply from your next renewal or continued use. These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, subject to your local mandatory consumer rights.
